After more than 45 years in the marine industry designing, building, repairing, and surveying boats it is finally time to stop working and start enjoying my own boat. This fall I will retire from the marine industry. I my still do an occasional job just to keep things interesting but for the most part I will no longer be excepting new assignments. As I wind down I am slowing what work I am doing. I am now for the most part only surveying sailboats, trawlers and larger powerboats. This is the type of work I enjoy most and have the greatest expertise so will limit myself to that. Come this fall Teresa and I plan to get on our boat and go full time cruising for the foreseeable future. I look forward to meeting new and old friends while out cruising and helping follow boater where I can.

I do plan to keep writing and hopefully adding more to my web sites and YouTube channel as well as getting a podcast going. I look forward to sharing what I have learned over the years with others as well as sharing some new experiences while we travel.

I would like to thank all my former clients for their support and confidence it has been a pleasure meeting and working with everyone.

Thanks

Capt. Wayne
