Duties: Management of all phases of construction of the Pied Piper 28 Sailboat. Including personnel management, inventory control, engineering, and design. Duties also included finding new methods of streamlining production while maintaining a high quality product. Labor rates were reduced an average of 35% with no loss of quality. While with Liberty I supervised the design, lofting and construction of a new deck mold for the Pied Piper 28, and the lofting and construction of hull, deck, and small part molds for a new 36-foot sailboat.
